This usually happens when your device:
doesn’t meet the minimum Android version
has low storage
has Play Protect blocking installation
Try clearing Google Play Store cache, free some space, and retry.
Crashes are commonly caused by:
outdated app version
running too many apps in the background
weak connection (for online apps)
Update the app, restart your device, or reinstall to refresh files.
Make sure:
App notifications are enabled in Settings → Apps → Notifications
Battery optimization is OFF for the app
The app is allowed to run in the background
Some devices (Xiaomi, Huawei, Samsung) restrict background apps aggressively.
If you’re logged into the same Google account:
1. Open the app.
2. Go to Settings → Restore Purchases.
If that doesn’t work, check Play Store → Payments & subscriptions to confirm your purchase.
Go to: App Settings → Account → Delete Account
This permanently removes stored data. If the app has no direct delete option, contact support through the app’s help page.
Restarting the app
Lowering graphic settings (if applicable)
Switching to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile network
Updating to the latest version
Older devices may struggle with high-performance features.
Permissions allow the app to work properly. For example:
Camera → to scan items or detect motion
Storage → to save files or images
Location → for location-based features
You can manage permissions anytime in Settings → Apps → Permissions.
Open the app → Help / Support
or use the Developer contact section on the Play Store page.
This can happen if:
cached data conflicts with the new version
system resources are low
Fix:
Go to Settings → Apps → [Your App] → Storage → Clear Cache.
Some features may work, but most apps require an account for:
personalization
syncing across devices
saving progress/content
